MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR KESWICK STAFF MEMBERS:
New England Keswick's staff is composed of select Christian's who desire to serve in a Christian camp community. Minimum qualifications are as follows:
A personal faith in and commitment to Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.

Active involvement in a Christian church or fellowship.

A desire to work as a member of a camp ministry team dedicated to drawing young people to faith and growth in Christ.

A desire to serve God and others.

Good health, in order to meet the strenuous physical demands of full time program involvement. (A physical exam is required within a twelve month period prior to service, and a completed health form with a physician's signature must be provided for New England Keswick's files.)
*Note: If applying for a counselor's position you must be at least 18 years of age and have graduated from high school before your staff assignment begins.
